Welcome to our deluxe vacation waterfront condo with 180 degree panoramic beachfront views, located adjacent to Rathtrevor Provincial Park in beautiful Parksville, British Columbia. This second level condo unit is located within the Craig Bay resort recreational area. It has a 180 degree panoramic view of the Coast Mountains, Sunshine Coast area and the expansive and sandy Rathtrevor beach. A breath-taking ocean view can be enjoyed from the kitchen, living room, dining room and both decks!
The main bedroom includes a queen size bed and a full ensuite. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed and a double bed. The bunk bed has a twin size mattress on top and a double sized mattress on the bottom.

Reduced rates for stays of 30 or more days.
Departure cleaning fee: $250 plus taxes
Rates are subject to change prior to confirmed booking.
Check in is 4:00pm. Check out is 11:00am.
$600.00 damage deposit required with all reservations.
Full payment is due on booking.
The cancellation policy when booked through owner is as follows:

What a glorious week we’ve had – “Paradise” is not just “mini-golf” – it’s Tanglewood also! Thanks for letting us experience this little bit of heaven.

Tanglewood is a magical place where moments of peace & serenity amidst a wondrous landscape of ocean and mountains, can be experienced and remembered. We have enjoyed the company of wonderful people we have met here as well as connecting with our own family away from the distractions of the world. We have enjoyed the beach and watching the tide ebb and flow. Other families have built sand castles and structures – only to have a clean slate on which to start the next day. We have walked countless miles on the sandy beach, marvelling at the creatures in the tide pools, and enjoying the park next door. What a great place to become one with nature. Our guests were awe-struck by the view, the tides and the baby clams. Can you tell we’re from Calgary!
Mountains, snow, sunrises, sunsets, spectacular rainbows, rain, wind, eagles, Brant geese, herons, beach walks, jogging, reading, playing cards, sharing, relaxing, spending time alone, creating memories. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful setting with us. “To everything there is a season”

Fantastic, wonderful, time itself just seems to slow down, beautiful scenery. Every morning we would wake and take a look at the view and marvel at the spendour – wow! This condo and beach are a real gem.
